Sep 20, 2017 Sync Center Offline Files Not Working in Windows 10? Note: I am not seeking an answer to 'how can I have offline file access in Windows 10,' I know plenty of ways to do that. I want an answer to 'Is the Sync Center feature called Offline Files broken in Windows 10?' This app looks great and CAN make very unique folders, but the total lack of any meaningful directions really limit its usefulness. https://rambcrysfidi1988.mystrikingly.com/blog/mac-os-dvd-authoring-software. The only thing that somewhat explains how it works is the simplistic video that plays on opening. There is virtually no other way to figure out some of the quirks with working with Folders Factory.
